How do you compare prices?
It’s simple. Paste a link to the product you want us to watch and set a desired price. Our web crawler will then monitors the link for any price change and then alerts you. Say for instance, you want to know when a product drops from $20 to $18. You paste the product link on our website and our website lets you know when the price hits $18.
When were you launched?
We officially launched in the second half of 2020, but the concept has been cooking for a while.
Are there others like you?
Like everything else in life, we do have competition. However, there is nothing exactly like Wispri out there - we do believe that our offering stands apart because it is unique and designed to be convenient.
Do you make price comparisons across different platforms?
No, we don't. We only monitor the link that our users paste.
Do you monitor sites in languages other than English?
Unfortunately, we don't at the moment.
How many SMS alerts and emails will i receive?
SMS alerts: Free users are only eligible for 2 email alerts. Wispri Pro users can get both Email and SMS alerts. Pro users are also eligible for Alerts and Archive customization.
Email alerts: You will receive a maximum of 2 email alerts per saved item, and this might include multiple emails in a single day.
Alerts are only sent if the conditions are met for every alert.
Do you only send alerts when the price drops below the threshold I’ve set?
You can choose to receive alerts for any and all price drops, or you may choose to receive alerts only when price drops below your desired price. You can change the setting using the toggle switch while saving the alert, or from the 'Edit Alert' panel.
Why does price fetching take time?
There is quite a bit of heavy lifting happening on the backend. We use Machine Learning, and unfortunately a few sites are slow to respond. However, this delay only happens once, while you’re setting the alert itself. Once it’s set, rest assured, you’ll get your alerts without delay.
Does Wispri work on all Australian sites?
Not yet. However, we use machine learning and it can only get better with use. Currently, we have tested Wispri across multiple sites with a high success rate. If you own a site and want it to be included, please use the contact form below.
I did not receive an alert even though the conditions were met. Why did this happen?
We try our best to ensure that alerts are triggered correctly and on time. However, very rarely, like all technical systems, Wispri may occasionally encounter errors and delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused if that happens.

I received an incorrect alert. What should I do?
At Wispri, we leverage advanced AI technology to provide accurate pricing information. Occasionally, you might encounter an incorrect price alert due to system limitations. If this happens, please contact us at hello@wispri.com.au. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve our support for the affected site.
What happens when I reach 10 Alerts as a free user? OR when I cancel my Wispri Pro to move to the free plan?
Free users can maintain up to 10 active alerts. If you have more than 10 alerts, the most recent 10 are kept in your Active Alerts, and older ones are moved to the Archive. Rest assured, we never delete any of your alerts. Need more space for new alerts? Just delete existing ones in your Alerts Dashboard. Managing your alerts has never been easier!
