Why doesn't Smart Alert offer SMS notifications?
We hear you! Here’s the thing — Smart Alerts may trigger multiple updates for different stores. Sending SMS for every tiny update could quickly feel overwhelming and spammy. With email alerts, we bundle all the important price drops into one clean notification, so you stay informed without the noise.
Why do Smart Alert requests sometimes fail or take longer to load?
Wispri works hard to pull real-time price and product data from different shopping sites. Some sites take a little longer to respond, and sometimes, especially when we're busy with lots of users, it might cause delays or occasional failures.
If that happens, please try submitting again — we’re a small, passionate team, fully bootstrapped, and doing our best to grow sustainably!
Why isn't Smart Alert available for Free users?
Smart Alerts uses advanced crawling, AI search techniques, and cloud resources, which are expensive to run. As a small business with no outside funding, we've made Smart Alerts part of our premium offering to keep Wispri running strong. But don't worry — we're always exploring ways to make more features accessible to everyone in the future!
What shopping sites does Smart Alerts support?
Wispri currently supports a growing list of popular shopping sites across categories like electronics, fashion, and home goods.
If your favorite site isn’t listed, you can easily add it when creating a Smart Alert! We’ll do our best to support it, as long as it aligns with our content and safety policies.
Note: If a submitted site violates our policies, it may be removed.
