Wispri Smart Search Site Submission Policy
Date: 01/May/2025
This Site Submission Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which users may submit shopping websites (“Sites”) to be used with the Wispri Smart Search and Smart Alerts features. By submitting a site through Wispri’s platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Need to submit a site to Smart Search? Here’s what to know.

1. Eligibility of Submitted Sites

1.1 Only Australian-based shopping websites are eligible for submission. Submitted sites must display product pricing publicly without requiring user authentication.

1.2 The site must serve a primary purpose of e-commerce or online retail. Acceptable categories include, but are not limited to, electronics, fashion, home goods, personal care, and similar consumer goods.

You may not submit any Site that:

  • Is hosted outside of Australia.
  • Contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Requires login, subscription, or gated access to view product pricing.
  • Functions primarily as a blog, forum, news outlet, or non-commercial content platform.
  • Is known or suspected to distribute malware, phishing attempts, or other malicious activity.
  • Prohibits automated access through mechanisms such as robots.txt or equivalent.

3.1 Wispri does not guarantee that a submitted site will be compatible with its systems or that Smart Alerts will function correctly.

3.2 Wispri does not guarantee support for all sites added, or for all shopping sites in general. While we are happy to assist, we do have limitations in terms of site compatibility and technical support.

3.3 If a submitted site fails to return results or causes repeated technical issues, the user may resubmit the request or contact support at hello@wispri.com.au.

4.1 Wispri reserves the unilateral right to reject, suspend, or permanently remove any submitted site, at any time and without notice or obligation to provide a reason.

4.2 Removal decisions may be based on internal evaluations, user safety concerns, compliance reviews, or system performance considerations.

5.1 Submitted URLs or site data may be temporarily stored by Wispri for the purpose of assessing compatibility and enhancing service performance.

5.2 Wispri does not sell or share submitted site information with third parties, except as required by law.

Wispri reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at its sole discretion. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
